Bailey Doggett, MA, LMHCA (she/her)
Tel: (425) 394-3016 (TEXT OK)
Bailey spent her life growing up in the Pacific Northwest, raised by two parents who are also mental health counselors. As a result, conversations around mental health and healing processes have always been an immensely important piece of her life. Bailey aims to share this passion with her clients as she joins them in their healing journey. Her philosophy is that this can be done in three main ways:
First, she believes the connection between counselor and client is vital for processing, growth, and healing. She is LGBTQIA+ friendly and embraces self-disclosure and a judgment-free approach so that clients dive deep into inward processing and freely discover how they want to exist in the world.
Second, Bailey aims to help her clients develop new ways of thinking, release old patterns, and embrace new realities. Her goal is to help clients heal their inner experiences so that their lives will feel more peaceful, congruent, and empowering.
Finally, Bailey aims to help her clients find a balance between their mind, body, and soul. She believes in processing the past while also focusing on the present and the strengths a client may carry into the future.
Bailey received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from the University of Arizona and completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. She typically sees individual clients ages 16 and up for various purposes, including anxiety, depression, relationships, attachment wounds, childhood trauma, grief, self-esteem, and self-discovery.
Bailey enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, exploring new restaurants, camping, skiing, and reading in her free time.
